Students are advised to check with their Program Chair before registering for any form of Advanced Credit or Test Out Exams. Be certain you take the correct test.
Students are advised to check with any institution they might wish to transfer test out credits to ensure they will accept the test out credits.
Prior to the test date, students must come to the Assessment Center in Ivy Hall, Room 1135 and register for the exam. The registration fee must be paid at time of registration.
You must present a photo ID before taking any test.

CLEP [College Level Examination Program]
- CLEP tests are standardized tests that many colleges accept for credit
- Administered Monday – Friday by appointment only
- Must register at least 24 hours from testing date
- Cost: $ 15 Registration Fee (non-refundable)
$ 60 Exam Fee (Paid by Credit Card at time of test)
$ 70 Exam with Essay Fee (Paid by Credit Card at time of test)
- Most results print immediately after testing. Exams with essays may take approximately 4-6 weeks to receive results.

DANTES [Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education Support]
