Tuition Costs
Semester tuition is $95 per
credit hour for Indiana residents, $193.30 per credit hour for
students with out-of-state residency status, and $124.35 per credit hour for out-of-state residency status Distance Education students.
A $40 technology fee will be charged per
student per semester, and $10 per credit-hour fee distance education fee for Internet-based distance education.
Costs for books and other supplies are extra.
You will be charged a non-refundable $25 late registration fee if
you pay your fees after the fee payment deadline.

Fee Payments
Students may pay their fees with cash, personal check, VISA,
Discover, or MasterCard. Personal checks may be mailed to:

NOTE: IF PAYMENT IS MADE BY CHECK, REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED
UNTIL TEN [10] WORKING DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF CHECK.
Fees to be paid by a third party, [i.e. state or federal agency,
scholarship, employers] must be authorized before registration. Fee
payment authorizations may be in the form of a contract,
certificate, or letter and must contain:
- student’s name
- course numbers and titles
- promissory section detailing allowable charges [tuition, books,
supplies], and
- signature of person authorized to disburse funds [must be on
company letterhead]
If appropriate, purchase orders and claim vouchers should
accompany the letter. Students receiving third party assistance are
required to sign a deferred payment agreement and are liable for
the fees should the third party fail to pay. Students owing fees,
fines, or loans shall not be permitted to register for a succeeding
semester. Transcripts, records, degrees, etc. will not be awarded
until debts to the College are paid.

A credit adjustment is based on the charges for the class[es], not
