Federal Pell Grants represent the largest federal grant program. The College requires all students seeking aid to apply for a Pell Grant. This is accomplished by filing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid [FAFSA]. Theamount of the grant is based on the student's need and enrollment status.

The Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant is a federally funded student aid program. Applicants must file the FAFSA to establish eligibility. Since theamount of FSEOG funds allocated to the College by the Federal government varies each year, students with high financial need will receive priority for the limited funds.

The State of Indiana offers grants, scholarships, and fee remission programs to help you pay for your education. State

Ivy Tech - Lafayette awards scholarships provided by local civic and service organizations. These scholarships are awarded during the course of the academic year according to individual requirements, and a separate application is usually required. Ivy Tech Community College
